There are Three Options Available:

1. Buy the Maisonette as It Is and Do the Finishing Yourself To Suite Your Taste & Preference For KES 8.5 Million Only.
2. Buy the Maisonette Then We Walk with You as You Customise The Finishing for Your House for KES 13 Million Only.
3. Buying a ready complete Maisonette at KSh 14.5 million.

In option 1 & 2 we want the buyer to have a say of the finishing of the house that he/she intends to buy.

This finishing entails deciding the colour of the Paint & whether to have Gypsum fitted in all rooms, some or not, the quality and colour of the tiles or floor carpets or wooden floor, the type & quality of toilets to buy, the quality, colour & Design of the Kitchen cabinets and wardrobes to be fitted.

The good thing is that with the first option a buyer can live in that house as he/she continues with rest of finishing works at his pace and pocket friendly.

In all the three scenarios we offer flexible payment plans. We would want the customer to tell us how he/she would like to pay then we can come to a mutual agreement.
